Recently... It's been a great 2012!!! Rehearsing over the holidays and opening just after the first of the year, I appeared in Ten Chimneys by Jeffrey Hatcher in the FANTASTICAL role of Uta Hagen at The Cleveland Play House, directed by Artistic Director Michael Bloom. SEE REVIEWS on "Resume/Reviews" page. (As Uta in Ten Chimneys) ----------------------------------------------> During the run of Ten Chimneys, I booked and recorded a radio commercial! For 3 months, you could tune in to your local Cleveland, Akron, and Canton radio stations and hear me as the voice of the Window Sticker for Lube Stop (Shakespeare training put to good use :-). Speaking of Shakespeare, in March, I appeared in The Winter's Tale in the Lab Theatre of the Cleveland Playhouse. Double cast in the roles of Paulina and Dorcas (or as I liked to call them, Meat and Vedge followed by Dessert), this production was directed by the Associate Director of RADA, Mr. Geoff Bullen. (As Paulina) ---------> Next Up..... My Agency that represented me in Cleveland has informed me that the company I recorded those Lube Stop radio commercials for would like me to record more spots for them from here in New York! Yahoo!!!
Speaking of Agencies, following the success of my M.F.A. program's showcase at Playwrights Horizons, I'm currently taking meetings with different agencies here in New York. Stay tuned for possible updates on representation! Thanks to all of our talented and dedicated faculty, the genius of Paul Fouquet, and my gifted fellow classmates who made the evening what it was. |
